Programme Overview
This immersive 4-hour team-building programme on a pesticide-free farm in Penang is designed to foster collaboration, communication and leadership skills among working professionals through hands-on agricultural activities. Participants rotate through a farm tour, seedling transplanting, nature discovery, a collaborative harvest, and guided reflection — building teamwork while learning core ESG principles as applied in smart and sustainable agriculture.
