Master the execution of complex assembly and electrical wiring protocols on the Training Control Kit, adhering strictly to industry-recognized standards for workmanship and regulatory safety compliance.
Systematically diagnose and remediate component abnormalities and systemic anomalies utilizing advanced fault analysis and structured troubleshooting methodologies.
Execute precision technical calibration, mechanical alignment, and optimization procedures for intricate semi-automated mechatronic and electro-pneumatic subsystems.
Rigorously validate operational system readiness via comprehensive functional testing and maintain scrupulous professional documentation, leveraging Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering schematics.
Module 1: Wiring & Assembly Practical Skills
Participants will assemble and wire a functional Training Control Kit using BOMs, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams while meeting workmanship and safety standards.
Module 2: Abnormality Detection Practical Skills
Participants will identify, analyse, correct, and document faults in a pre-assembled Training Control Kit.
Module 3: Electropneumatics & Mechanical System Calibration and Fine-Tuning
Participants will calibrate, align, test, and document a semi-automated mechatronic system to verify operational readiness.
