Industry 4.0 Architecture & Implementation: From System Design to Smart Factory Deployment
This program provides a structured approach to designing and implementing Industry 4.0 by anchoring all learning around the 11 core technological pillars, including autonomous robots, Industrial IoT, simulation (digital twin), system integration, and cybersecurity. Participants will learn how to integrate these pillars into a cohesive architecture that connects shopfloor operations to enterprise intelligence. With strong emphasis on robotics and human-machine collaboration, this course bridges theory and execution, equipping participants to design practical, scalable smart factory solutions.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Apply the 11 Industry 4.0 pillars in system design
Architect end-to-end smart factory systems (sensor → cloud → enterprise)
Integrate robotics (including cobots) into digital manufacturing workflows
Design IIoT-enabled data pipelines and analytics frameworks
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for implementation
Develop a phased Industry 4.0 deployment roadmap with ROI justification
